DG, NICRAT on Courtesy Visit to NAEC:
The DG, Nigeria Institute for Cancer Research and Treatment (NICRAT), Dr. Usman Malami Aliyu on Tuesday, 13th June, 2023 paid a courtesy visit to the Commission.
Chm/CEO, NAEC, Prof. Yusuf A .Ahmed received the delegation on behalf of NAEC.
The objective of the visit was to explore areas of collaboration with NAEC in actualizing the common objective of improving service delivery to cancer patients across the Country.
NICRAT was established by the FG in 2017 to serve as the coordinating body to guide scientific improvement to cancer prevention,treatment and care as well as cancer research and control in Nigeria by liaising with groups and health care providers with interest in cancer.
