The Ag. Chairman of the Nigeria Atomic Energy Commission (NAEC), Engr. Dr. Anthony Ekedegwa, received the delegation from the Independent Corrupt Practices and Other Related Offences Commission (ICPC), today, Friday 29th August 2025, at the Commission’s Headquarters, to inaugurate the newly elected executives of the Anti-corruption and Transparency Unit, NAEC Branch.

In his opening remarks at the brief ceremony, the Ag. Chairman welcome the delegate and pleadged his support to ensure the unit functions properly In the Commission.

Reacting to the Ag. Chairman’s remarks, Mr. Olusegun Adogun, who represented the Chairman, ICPC, expressed his appreciation to the Ag. Chairman for nominating members of his staff as ACTU committee. He encouraged the committee to work in unison and diigently, ensuring transparency and accountability in the Commission, in line with the mandate and objectives of ACTU, as well as uphold the good image of the Commission as NAEC ambassadors in ICPC.
